Bakers Brush and Dough Set

Baker's brush in birch and horse hair. Can be used to spread the flour evenly over the baking board, removes excess flour from the bread and clean the worksurface. Since horsehair is heat resistant it can be used in the oven. Part of a series with pastry brush and dough scraper.
