Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Homebody! Below are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship with DPD, and offer Free Delivery for all UK orders over £100. All other shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship via DPD to the following countries:

United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United States of America, Canada, & Australia.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are:

  • Not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • The customer’s responsibility to pay.

  • Vary by country – please check with your local customs office for details.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Homebody is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Returns & Refunds

UK returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. However:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. However:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
